The AANA Board of Directors has authorized an interactive hybrid meeting for the Aug. 19, 2023, AANA Business Meeting (BUSM). This will allow full participation in the meeting by eligible voting members both in the business meeting room and participating online. Because current BUSM Standing Rules do not support a hybrid business meeting format, the rules will need to be revised and approved before the August BUSM to allow AANA to properly prepare for the meeting.
The AANA President, with Board of Directors approval, is calling a Special Meeting of the membership on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. ET, during the Mid-Year Assembly being held at the JW Marriott in Washington, DC. The Special Meeting will be live streamed; however, only eligible voting members attending the Special Meeting in person are able to vote on the new Business Meeting Rules of Order. Note: Registration for the Mid-Year Assembly is not required to attend the Special Meeting.
